Empowering Young Girls To Become Future CEOs

Miss Little CEO Academy is an initiative with a clear mission: empower young Black and Brown girls to build financial wealth through entrepreneurship, leadership skills, and real-world business experience.

Our program gives participants practical business exposure, mentorship, college readiness, coaching, and pitch opportunities that help them turn strong ideas into real possibilities.

Real-World Startup Experience

Participants gain hands-on experience starting and running a business with practical skills they can apply immediately.

Virtual Learning

Participants can join the program from anywhere in the world through flexible online learning.

Educational workshops cover financial literacy, marketing, operations, and essential business management skills.

Mentorship

Each participant is paired with a successful entrepreneur who offers personalized guidance, insight, and support.

Participants pitch their business plans to a panel and gain real-world presentation experience.

Virtual entrepreneurship for girls ages 14-21.

Future CEO Accelerator

The Future CEO Accelerator is a dynamic virtual entrepreneurship program designed to empower young Black and Brown girls with confidence, leadership skills, mentorship, and business knowledge needed to become future entrepreneurs and leaders.

Through live coaching sessions, mentorship, hands-on activities, and business development training, participants learn how to turn their ideas into real business opportunities while building professionalism and leadership skills.

Program Highlights

  • Weekly virtual coaching sessions led by entrepreneurs, professionals, and mentors.
  • Business development labs where participants create business ideas, brand identity, pitch decks, business plans, and elevator pitches.
  • Guest speakers and mentorship with successful entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders.
  • Shark Tank-inspired pitch competition with opportunities to win prizes, mentorship, and startup support.
  • Open to girls ages 14-21. No prior business experience is required.

Leadership and entrepreneurship in one annual gathering.

CEO Rising Summit

The CEO Rising Summit is the organization's annual signature empowerment conference focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, education, and personal development for young women.

The summit brings together students, entrepreneurs, professionals, educators, mentors, and community leaders for a transformative experience centered around empowerment and success.

Components

  • Leadership and empowerment workshops focused on leadership development, entrepreneurship, confidence, personal branding, mental wellness, and financial literacy.
  • Keynote speakers and panel discussions with successful women leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals.
  • Networking opportunities with mentors, professionals, business owners, and peers.
  • Vendor marketplace and resource fair with community organizations, businesses, and sponsors.
  • Pitch competition and recognition ceremony with awards, scholarships, recognition, and startup support opportunities.

An annual campus experience with leadership exposure.

CEO On Campus Tour

The CEO On Campus Tour is an annual college and leadership exposure experience designed to introduce girls to higher education opportunities, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and professional environments.

Participants receive firsthand exposure to college campuses, HBCUs, women-led businesses, entrepreneurship incubators, and leadership opportunities.

Components

  • College campus tours including Historically Black Colleges and Universities to learn about admissions, student life, scholarships, and academic programs.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurship exposure with entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, business leaders, college students, and community leaders.
  • Career and college readiness sessions focused on college preparation, financial literacy, leadership, career pathways, and entrepreneurship.
  • Networking and cultural experiences that expand participants' worldview and aspirations.

A 10-week experience for middle and high school girls.

CEO Girl Collective "CGC"

The Future CEO Girl Collective is a dynamic entrepreneurship and leadership program designed to empower middle school and high school girls from underserved communities with the confidence, skills, and resources needed to become future leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

Designed for students from 8th grade through high school seniors, the program introduces girls to entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, branding, career exploration, and personal development through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

Program Overview

  • Immersive 10-week program combining entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • Participants learn business fundamentals, branding, marketing, communication, and financial literacy.
  • Girls build confidence, professional skills, and a complete business idea.
  • The program ends with a live pitch competition and student showcase.
