At Miss Little CEO Academy, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to lead, grow, and thrive. Through transformational programs, mentorship, leadership development, and entrepreneurial education, we help young women ages 14–21 unlock their full potential and prepare for successful futures in business, college, careers, and life.
Miss Little CEO Academy is a nonprofit leadership and entrepreneurship organization dedicated to supporting underserved Black and Brown girls through education, mentorship, business training, and college readiness experiences. Our programs are designed to inspire confidence, leadership, financial literacy, and personal growth while helping participants turn their ideas into real opportunities.
Our immersive programs provide young women with hands-on entrepreneurial experiences, leadership development opportunities, mentorship, and real-world exposure designed to prepare them for lifelong success.
A 10-week virtual entrepreneurship and leadership program where girls learn branding, marketing, financial literacy, business planning, confidence building, and public speaking while developing their own business ideas.
An annual college and leadership exposure experience designed to introduce participants to HBCUs, universities, entrepreneurship programs, and professional career pathways.
A transformational leadership and entrepreneurship conference featuring keynote speakers, networking opportunities, mentorship, workshops, and youth business pitch competitions.
A school and community-based leadership and entrepreneurship program designed to help middle and high school girls build confidence, leadership skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial knowledge.

Farrah Desamour-Rochelin is a serial entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment. With over 20 years of experience supporting underserved communities, she founded Miss Little CEO Academy to help young women gain the confidence, resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.
Her mission is rooted in empowering girls to break barriers, build leadership skills, and create brighter futures through entrepreneurship, education, and community support.
