Miss Little CEO Entrepreneurship is a leadership and entrepreneurship organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged Black and Brown girls to become confident leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and future CEOs. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, college exposure, and real-world business experiences, we provide young women with the tools and opportunities needed to unlock their full potential and create lasting impact in their communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower underprivileged Black and Brown girls by providing them with essential resources, education, mentorship, and financial support to advance their academics and embark on their entrepreneurial journey. We are committed to helping young women build confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for successful futures in college, business, and life.

To ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within every girl we serve, empowering them to become successful CEOs, innovative leaders, and business owners who create financial independence, generational wealth, and positive change within their communities.
Meet the founder and Executive Director
Farrah Desamour-Rochelin
Born to immigrant parents and raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, Farrah Desamour-Rochelin is a dedicated nonprofit leader, serial entrepreneur, and proud mother of four daughters. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has devoted her career to empowering underserved girls and helping them achieve financial independence and personal success.
In 2013, Farrah founded her nonprofit organization with a clear vision: to provide young girls with access to the resources, support, mentorship, and opportunities needed to overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.
Her passion is deeply rooted in her own life experiences. As a former teen mother who overcame significant challenges, Farrah understands the importance of support systems, education, and opportunity. Her journey serves as a powerful example that success is possible regardless of circumstances.
Today, she continues to inspire and mentor young women, helping them become confident, self-sufficient, financially empowered leaders capable of creating positive change for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Who We Serve
Miss Little CEO proudly serves underprivileged Black and Brown girls between the ages of 14 and 21 who are seeking opportunities for personal growth, academic achievement, leadership development, and entrepreneurship education.
We provide services virtually ,New Jersey and the New York City tri state area.
Our programs are designed for young women who aspire to:
- Develop leadership and communication skills
- Explore entrepreneurship and business ownership
- Prepare for college and future careers
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Gain access to mentorship and professional networks
- Create positive change within their communities
Through our supportive environment and transformative programs, participants gain the knowledge, resources, and encouragement needed to pursue their goals with confidence.
Why Miss Little
CEO Was Created
Miss Little CEO was created to address the lack of access, mentorship, and entrepreneurial opportunities available to many underserved young women. Too often, talented girls possess the potential to become leaders and innovators but lack the resources and support needed to pursue their goals.
Our founder recognized the need for a program that combines entrepreneurship, leadership development, education, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help girls build successful futures.
By providing practical skills, meaningful experiences, and a supportive community, Miss Little CEO helps young women transform their ambitions into achievements. Our goal is to create future CEOs, entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers who will positively impact the world around them.
